Executive management

Operating divisions report to the Chief Executive Officer through the Chief Operating Officer. Executive profiles are published on the leadership page.

Parent oversight

Following the 2012 transaction, SucroCorp reports to Richard Roman Enterprises. Analytics functions are coordinated through the Integrated Consumer Systems division.

Designated programs

Programs carrying internal classification report jointly to Integrated Consumer Systems and to RRE Corporate Development. Scope is not disclosed in public reporting.

Quality and safety

Annual specification review covers every commercial code. Results are reported to executive management and summarized publicly.

Environmental reporting

Progress against water, energy, transportation and residual indices is published annually in the Sustainability Report.

Supplier standards

Suppliers operate under standard procurement terms. Certain procurement categories require RRE authorization following the integration review.

Transaction Information

Richard Roman Enterprises acquisition

On May 5, 2012, Richard Roman Enterprises and SucroCorp announced a definitive agreement under which RRE would acquire SucroCorp in an all-cash transaction. The boards of both companies approved the agreement unanimously.
