| Acquirer | Richard Roman Enterprises |

02Strategic rationale
- Vertical integration of agricultural supply, processing, distribution and retail reach
- Extension of SucroCorp consumer analytics across the combined organization’s categories
- Availability of the SucroPlus platform to RRE manufacturing relationships
- Continuity and expanded resourcing for designated research programs
03Operating arrangements
SucroCorp retains its corporate identity, headquarters and facility network. Commercial relationships, grower contracts and supplier agreements continue without amendment.
Agricultural supply, processing and distribution continue to report through existing SucroCorp management. The Integrated Consumer Systems division assumes coordination of analytics functions across both organizations.
Designated research programs transfer to joint oversight, with reporting to RRE Corporate Development. Human resources and facilities functions align to shared service arrangements over a phased schedule.
04Procurement
Certain procurement categories now require RRE authorization. Affected suppliers have been contacted directly. Standard procurement terms are otherwise unchanged.
