From field to family.
Nearly everything SucroCorp makes begins as corn grown within a few hundred miles of the facility that processes it.
A kernel arriving at one of our wet-milling plants is separated into starch, protein, fiber and oil. The starch fraction becomes syrups, dextrose and the texture systems our customers formulate around. The remaining fractions go to feed, industrial and edible oil markets. Very little of what arrives leaves as waste.
That completeness is the reason wet milling exists. It is also the reason our agronomy program takes an interest in what happens in a field long before harvest: the composition of what arrives determines what we are able to make from it.
Growing together.
The Grower Partnership Initiative offers participating operations three-year rolling acreage commitments, seasonal agronomic consultation, no-cost soil and tissue analysis, and early access to findings from our agricultural research program.
In return, participating growers agree to delivery scheduling, moisture and quality specifications, and to share field-level yield data with our agronomy division. That data is what makes the rest of the arrangement possible.

Understanding the whole system.
Growers have optimized what happens inside the fence line for a hundred years, and they are very good at it. What has never been optimized is everything outside it.
Our agronomy program distinguishes field yield, measured at harvest, from effective yield, the volume of usable material a system actually delivers to processing. The gap between the two is created by scheduling, moisture at delivery, routing, storage and timing. Four seasons of coordinated field trials indicate that closing that gap raises effective yield materially without any change to seed selection or planted acreage.

From the elevator to the loading dock.
SucroCorp operates a continuous supply system rather than a seasonal one. Grain moves on scheduled windows, processing runs twelve months a year, and finished ingredient leaves on circuits planned against customer production runs.

Research plots and partner fields.
SucroCorp's agricultural research program operates test plots across our supply counties and conducts coordinated trials on partner operations. Work covers hybrid performance, soil health, nutrient timing, moisture management and the scheduling questions that govern effective yield.
Findings are returned to participating growers as agronomic guidance and yield benchmarking, and are published in summary form in the corporate documents library. Grain composition work supports the processing side of the business, where the fractions a kernel yields determine what can be made from it.
