Gerald H. Lindqvist
Chief Executive Officer
With SucroCorp since 1994
Gerald Lindqvist serves as Chief Executive Officer of SucroCorp, a position he has held since 2007. He joined the company in 1994 in agricultural supply and subsequently led the company's processing operations and its commercial organization.
Under his leadership SucroCorp expanded its Midwest processing capacity, established the Grower Partnership Initiative and consolidated its consumer research activity at the Lincoln County Consumer Research Center.
Mr. Lindqvist holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics and a master's degree in business administration. He serves on the boards of two regional agricultural associations.
Alan T. Voss
Chief Operating Officer
With SucroCorp since 1999
Alan Voss is responsible for SucroCorp's processing, distribution and facility operations. He joined the company in 1999 as a plant manager and has held operational leadership roles across the company's facility network.
He led the Midwest processing capacity expansion program and the subsequent extension of the company's national distribution network, which now provides next-day liquid ingredient delivery across the majority of served manufacturing regions.
Mr. Voss holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and completed an executive management program in operations strategy.
Marcus D. Hale
Executive Vice President, Agricultural Supply
With SucroCorp since 2002
Marcus Hale leads SucroCorp's relationships with growers, elevators and agricultural suppliers across the company's primary supply counties. He is responsible for acreage contracting, delivery scheduling and the company's agronomic research program.
He designed the Grower Partnership Initiative, which extended multi-year acreage commitments and agronomic support to participating operations, and oversees the company's yield benchmarking work.
Mr. Hale grew up on a family corn and soybean operation in eastern Iowa and holds a degree in agronomy.
Dr. Eleanor Whitfield-Marsh
Executive Vice President, Consumer Nutrition
With SucroCorp since 2005
Dr. Whitfield-Marsh leads SucroCorp's Food Science Division and its consumer nutrition programs. She is responsible for formulation science, sensory evaluation and the company's technical service relationships with manufacturing customers.
She directed the establishment of the Lincoln County Consumer Research Center and the development of the SucroPlus™ ingredient platform. Her group's preference persistence research is now incorporated into formulation guidance offered to customers across all served categories.
Dr. Whitfield-Marsh holds a doctorate in food chemistry and has published on carbohydrate systems in beverage and prepared food applications.
Dr. Marisol Okonjo-Reyes
Vice President, Behavioral Research
With SucroCorp since 2008
Dr. Okonjo-Reyes leads SucroCorp's behavioral research group within the Integrated Consumer Systems division. She is responsible for the company's longitudinal panel program and for the design of its consumer satisfaction measurement framework.
Her work focuses on improving the predictability of consumer behavior across large populations.
Prior to joining SucroCorp she held research appointments in decision science. She holds a doctorate in behavioral psychology and serves as principal investigator for several of the company's designated research programs.
Priya Raghavan
Vice President, Environment and Facilities
With SucroCorp since 2006
Priya Raghavan is responsible for SucroCorp's environmental performance, facility engineering and community investment programs. She oversees the company's water stewardship, energy and waste reduction commitments.
She established the company's co-generation program and its closed-loop condensate recovery standard, and leads the Community Nutrition Partnership Program across the company's operating regions.
Ms. Raghavan holds degrees in environmental engineering and public policy.

Operating divisions
Agricultural Supply, Operations, Food Science, Engineering and Environment and Facilities report to the Chief Executive Officer through the Chief Operating Officer.
Integrated Consumer Systems
Formed in April 2012, the division holds ingredient supply planning, formulation science, distribution scheduling, consumer analytics and population response modeling.
Designated programs
Certain research programs report jointly to Integrated Consumer Systems and to RRE Corporate Development. Scope and personnel assignments for these programs are held under internal classification.
