Feeding a Better Tomorrow.

SucroCorp provides the ingredients, agricultural partnerships and food science solutions that help bring many of America's most familiar foods to the table.

Everyday Ingredients

Part of everyday life.

Most people will never see a SucroCorp facility, and most will never read our name on a label. Our ingredients arrive earlier than that, in the tanker trucks and rail cars that supply the manufacturers whose products fill American kitchens.

Sweetening systems, texture and moisture ingredients, and formulation support developed in our laboratories appear across the food supply, from the beverage in a lunch box to the sauce on a weeknight dinner table. In a typical week, something we made is part of a meal in the substantial majority of American households.

American Agriculture

Growing together.

SucroCorp works with more than nineteen hundred American growing operations, most of them family businesses, many of them supplying our facilities for three generations.

Through the Grower Partnership Initiative we offer multi-year acreage commitments, agronomic consultation and no-cost soil and tissue analysis. In return our partners share the field-level data that helps us plan capacity, schedule deliveries and understand how the growing system performs as a whole.

It is an old-fashioned arrangement in one sense. A grower knows what will be bought, and we know what will arrive. There are very few surprises, which is exactly how both parties prefer it.

Food Science

Understanding what consumers want.

Our research teams study taste, satisfaction, consumption behavior and ingredient performance to create food experiences consumers naturally return to.

At the Lincoln County Consumer Research Center, sensory panels, formulation kitchens and longitudinal household studies operate side by side. A question can begin at a tasting booth in the morning and be followed, through the same participating households, for years afterward.

What that work produces is guidance: how a formulation should be built so that the people who choose it once continue choosing it. We make that guidance available to our customers through the SucroPlus™ platform.
