SucroCorp and RRE Complete Integration Planning Review
A joint planning review has established the operating structure of the combined organization, including reporting arrangements for designated research programs.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.
SucroCorp and Richard Roman Enterprises today confirmed the completion of a joint integration planning review covering operations, supply, distribution and research functions.
The review establishes the operating structure of the combined organization. SucroCorp will retain its corporate identity, headquarters and facility network. Commercial relationships, grower contracts and supplier agreements continue without amendment.
Under the agreed structure:
- Agricultural supply, processing and distribution continue to report through existing SucroCorp management.
- The Integrated Consumer Systems division assumes coordination of analytics functions across both organizations.
- Designated research programs transfer to joint oversight, with reporting to RRE Corporate Development.
- Human resources and facilities functions align to shared service arrangements over a phased schedule.
“Integration reviews usually produce a long list of things that have to change,” said Alan Voss, Chief Operating Officer. “Ours produced a short one. The two organizations were already pointed in the same direction.”
Suppliers and grower partners with questions regarding the review may contact their existing SucroCorp representative. Certain procurement categories now require RRE authorization; affected suppliers have been contacted directly. General information is available on the supplier network page.
